You are kidding, correct?
For me to go to college, I only have around $25,000 in the bank. Working for around $7/hour at Mickey D's 40 hours a week is: $280 a week. For a year, that is roughly $14,560 a year. Now, that does not include bills, and other purchases you make. That is just your income for a year.
Say you're a sophomore in high school, with roughly $45,000 in the bank for college. You work at Burger King for $7.25 to the hour. 7.25 x 40 = 290
So, $290/week. That is an annual income of $15,080.00 (290 x 52). That's one year, add 15,080 x 2 to that annual income. That is an income of $45,240. Saying that you don't make any deposits in your bank account, and take out all the expenses from your income (tax especially), you will not have enough for many colleges.
