See this is a dumb thread too now. But it wouldn't get locked. If i call Isollde an angry nerd then it would probably get locked on the first page.

Why isn't WSM banned? He pretty much is a bot. He starts like 4+ stupid topics that are about nothing, posts consist of moronic dribble, then disappears for a few months and repeats it all over. He offers nothing of value to the site at all.

Though I like dogs well enough, they're like other people's kids. You might pet and play with it a little, but then the day's done, thank goodness you don't have to clean up after them.

Cats on the other hand have their cat box (minimal required effort to clean). They also don't tend to have that emoish "play with/pet me or I might die" look.

But the best pet you could trully have is Miros. When he bites... well, lets say instead of dealing with animal rights activists and the 'unmentionable followers of certain faiths', you can just deal with Bela... or ignore him/her/it like any sentient being with an ounce of common sense should.

When a belief , ideal or a general opinion (By mass majority) is in question, you lock it because you think it's inappropriate. But when some 13 yr old kid who is trying to have fun with the game, gets bashed on by angry nerds or h/e you want to put it, you let it go on. Because a person's feelings and his gaming experience is worth less to you, than a belief or a strong opinion accepted by the general public (Including you). Realizing the hypocrisy that is the flame board, Reeves should as well delete the whole thing again. I've seen people getting infractions from mods for bullshit reason but wow like you basically lock every thread that you don't like, yet stupid as hell threads live on.
Or i have another idea. Change it from flameboard to "Flameboard - The mods decide who gets flamed"
And to Reeves. Man i appreciate the make up on the website. It does look cool. Only problem is that the color white is really really bright. I usually browse this website before sleep and i think gray was a much better color to be honest.
