it shows brock at 265. but i think he walks around abit bigger then that. heath herring is 250. brock is strong but we seen how well he worked off the ground against frank mir, lost in 1:30. frank did take quite a few shots though. but once he grabbed that ankle i knew it was over. he kinda used brocks size against him.
 
Imo Kimbo is a brawler and nothing more. It's easy to forget, from all the WWF shit, that Brock is a pure wrestler and an athlete. It'd be a boring fight featuring Kimbo pathetically scrambling to get out from under Brock and either ending in a shitty decision or a stoppage from strikes when Kimbo gets gassed after 4-5 mins.

I highly doubt Kimbo, with all his backyward fighting experience, would be able to keep it standing with a guy who has spent his life taking people down. The Herring fight showed Brock being far more cautious with his ground game, and let's face it, Kimbo is really, really, really, really far from being Frank Mir.

I open with, this fight alone is not enough to warrant $40 in wings, $80 in beer, ?? in Taquitos and the $60 price tag.

Luckily there is a sports bar near me that shows all the fights for free so I never have to pay just to watch it =p.

Same here,

However I have always liked liddel... always, his fighting style and overall attitude is commendable, that being said.. has no one seen him lately?? He has gotten back to heavy training, he's a lot more toned, he's even lost a bit of that belly. Don't shrugged him off just yet, liddel could possible go the distance.
 
I've always thought Evans was overhyped and is an average fighter. He would have lost that fight to Tito if not for that point deduction and Tito hasn't been very impressive lately.

I think Chuck stuffs most of his takedowns and out-strikes him...but then I didn't think Chuck would lose to Jardine either...so it "is" possible...

I couldn't make a prediction with Jardin and Liddel, Jardin can take a beating as we all know, and I'm sure that's why he's soo entertaining to watch. So I wasn't at all shocked.

On a side note.. I have never liked Tito..
 
i really hope chuck doesnt lose too evans. chuck was a one trick pony for a long time and now people figured out how to beat him. but i dont think evans is at the same lvl as chuck is. i cant wait for penn vs gsp.
 
UFC is mostly just a bunch of humping and dancing.. but my favorite fighters are anderson silva, gsp, and cro cop. if he is still in there

some styles don't pan out to be very exciting to the casual fans, but take a look at Maya and Macdonald from 87 and that was humping with the intent to break limbs. And i'm pretty sure Dana White knows if he throws Lesnar out against a submission specialist there's a good chance lesnar's gonna donkey kong himself into a win, or a bad submission. Chek Kongo will be a perfect fight for both their styles, I hope Joe Silva makes this one happen next.

I've never been a big fan of Evans but he's definately a game opponent... Chuck should be able to get the job done but who knows w/ him these days... it seems like he gets amped up for fights like Vanderlai, but has a hard time getting ready for fighters like Jardine, and i'm guessing Evans falls into the latter.
 
Just saw Kimbo Slice's next opponent in October is going to be Ken Shamrock. Wow. I predict.... a shitty fight. If Gina Carano wasn't incredibly good looking I don't think EliteXC would be worth watching.

if wandy came out against chuck like he did for jardine he woulda knocked chuck out on his ass. i think he was a bit overwhelmed at the hype that the fight had produced. cro cop isnt in ufc anymore either. they are throwing ken at kimbo to get him a win against a fighter that the casual watcher has seen.

fuck yeah fedor. he knocked out tim silvia like it was nothing. i feel sorry for silvia he stood no chance, and im a huge fan of couture. but if he ever fought fedor he would lose :(

i wouldnt bet my money on randy but i also wouldnt be surprised if he beat fedor. randy has beat a shit ton of people that he shouldnt have beat.
 
Well yeah randy shouldnt be underestimated. but fedor is a beast, it would be a great fight to see. im guessing if they fought it would be like rocky vs drago haha

Tell you a fight I'd love to see. Fedor vs. Liddell? Why? Because I fucking hate Chuck, and Fedor would eat his face :L
