Usually he's all business, but this fight he was almost trying to play with Cote. I wasn't really pleased, but he's still the best.

silvas good but i think a ground guy that doesnt decide to stand with him would whoop his ass on the ground. henderson was molesting him on the ground in the first round, but tried to stand with him in the second and that lead to him gettin tapped.

ill bet a thousand bucks you would be on the ground after that.

If this was an ACL injury which I've been hearing then the same thing happened to my dad many years ago when he was playing volleyball and he was on crutches for like 5 months or even more. He said it was one of the worst injuries of his life.

I don't know, his jujitsu isn't shabby. Against a pure ground specialist he might be outclassed, but I think they'd have a hard time submitting him.

i guess it would depend on the guy. if randy dropped back to 205 and silva went up, i think randy would hand him his ass. i think henderson could beat him, if he doesnt stand with him. even lutter did ok against him. he had lutter in that triangle for a long as time and didnt faze him until the elbows started.

he said it was a old injury also. i feel bad for him and hope he gets another shot. he may not have been winning but he also wasnt backing down from silva like just about everyone else has.

Ive had my ACL completely torn as well as both meniscus, Cote was walking and standing on the leg that was injured. If this is as serious as some of you may think it is, theres no way in hell he wouldve been able to stand. Im not questioning the fact he got hurt my smart comment was just me being disappointed. When i had my injury i couldnt take a step without me falling straight to the ground. It was the most pain i had felt in my life just for the second that it happened.

I had my surgery the next month and i was walking (with a brace) in 10 days.

Auronx, about your father im sure his injury msutve happened a long time ago but it doesnt take nearly that long to walk again, nowadays anyway. I was also walking fine a week or 2 before the surgery.

Yeah it was a long ass time ago...I remember I was little and creeped out that he had a dead guys leg part put into his leg and thought he might turn into a zombie. And I remember he had to go to physical therapy for many months before he could even get his surgery.

brock lesnar is a piece of shit -.- jesus i hate that guy lol

AAAAANNNNDDDD NEWWWWWWWWWWWWWW UFC HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION, BRRRRROCK LEEEESSSNARRRRR!!!

I'm so happy. My Rams got blasted like 47-3, Jens Pulver and Uriah Faber both got KO'd the same night...if Brock hadn't won I was considering suicide.

I was very impressed with how Randy handled Brock for most of that fight. If you look at the fight against Heath Herring, Lesnar just tossed Heath around like a ragdoll. Randy was able to control him to an extent, but Lesnar's strength is just so hard to deal with. It's a testament to Couture's skill that he was able to do as well as he did, given Lesnar's raw strength and surprising speed.

But yea, I agree with Eor... I can't wait for someone to come along and knock the fuck out of Brock Lesnar.

And when that person comes, its gonna be as fast as kimbo slice got knocked out.

Wouldnt you agree Sano?

every guy lesnar has fought, in my observation, has been at a disadvantage to him. he's one of, if not the biggest fighter in the UFC. he a grapler not a martial artist though. and thats why his size serves him so well. i still wanna see him fight a seasoned martial artist as big as he is. then we'll get a true measure of him.

Can you find one?

One thats as quick and athletic for someone that size?

Cant think of many >.<

Hes a freak man

And that the thing. there isn't one. I would love to be able to respect Brock as a martial artist but i can't truly until i see him properly tested. No offense Bed, but the guy seems more like a publicity icon then a champion right now. If he had the "Gift of Gab" like the other successful WWE stars he would have made it there.
