Got zelda and monkey ball, but desided to play monkey ball so causin could try out the Wii.

Plenty of random multi-player games. Some junk like bowling, and some great like the flying target game (like the last 2 monkey balls had). The little I played of one player story mode was interesting. Overall a good thanksgiving multiplayer game. Some mini games were hard to control the motions correctly. maybe we were just doing it the wrong ways. Overall, if you like the last monkey balls, and you have friends to play with, this is a good game.

As for Wee sports, Bowling is the most fun. Tryed baseball and boxing, thay were ok, but not a great deal of fun after a while. We played like 8 rounds of bowling. Coolist part, is it keeps track of your scores.

Realy have to say, when it comes to controlers, nintendo goes all others beat. Games ain't purfect, but it will get better as companys get use to programing for them and learn what all it can do.

Need to find more multi player games >< Grrrrr, mario party 8 and smash brothers, hurry up and come out!!!!!

Really eh? They should have had Smash bros come out at launch, that would have been insane.

Wii List :

Zelda, Super Smash, mario party 8, and prabably trauma center. Just saw a video on Red Steel and saw it was kind of a bad review and such. Not saying that a review tilts my wanting the game, just that I saw the video, and saw what that guy on gamespot was saying.

I'll all happen at christmas :)

i can agree with this for the most part... but the n64 controller was... argh. you had to teach yourself how to use that thing.

I was pretty young when it came out. but i remember thinking, "hey, theres 3 handle things, and i have 2 hands..."

although the basic ps controller has the best layout.. simple and easy to handle.

Back on topic. I've decided to let the ps3 thing cool down, let them work out the bugs, and maybe get it as a graduation present in June or something (yay for still being young enough for parents to pay for things :D!) And i'll be getting the Wii around christmas.

I've heard amazing things about that bowling game. My friend went home w/ the wii and zelda, he said he didnt even bust out Zelda, he was having too much fun with bowling and boxing to get around to it.

Not to mention, he said he got tired of standing up and throwing his arms around everywhere playing. What if Nintendo made weighted Wii controllers? Can you say the solution to fat america?! Get buff while playing Zelda!

Zelda:TP and SSB:B would have been the biggest console release ever.

Those two alone would have outsold just about every other game combined.

Speaking of multi-player games, has anyone had a chance to play Rayman yet? Most sites gave it high reviews, saying the multi-player minigame aspect is like a much improved Mario Party. Humor is suppose to be top notch also, and the controls really showcase what the Wii is capable of.

I would have picked it up myself, but on a tight budget with Black Friday coming soon, anyone played it yet?

I overlooked rayman, but I'm hearing good things too so now I'm considering it.

Demon, Wii Sports does have an "exercise" mode of sorts.
And Mario, we (me and my friends) had trouble with the controls in monkey ball too. We ended up figuring out that the little "land the ladybug on the sunflower" is setting the neutral point for the controllers every game. For some games, this doesn't really matter because you're active the entire time. But for stuff like that stupid ring toss game where one player at a time is going, you lose the point you set before the game begun, and it just makes it a pain to play. The "trombone" mini-game is fun to play when you're all drunk though.

Rayman is multi player? I never even bothered looking at it cause I thought it was 1 player.

Played 10 hours of Zelda, and finding its realy great. I play it sitting down tho, not standing up swinging. Bowling can get your arm tired tho.

Never had problems with N64 controlers, other then the waist of the Left handle controls (arrow pad, and L-button)

I've never tried rayman in 3d.. but i love the PS1 rayman ... love it
