hmm my bro has a DS, i wont buy one..dont like it at all. If he gets that game ill play it, if not..ill download it lol. The ds emulator works nice, just no games of my interest.

If you want to play the game, fucking pay for it jackass. Or at least wait until the company no longer supplies it anymore (stuff like the majourity of NES, SNES games) and loses no profits over your antics.
 
Meh I understand them remaking it in 3D for a more wider audience, but that game was a 2D classic so I probably won't pick up the DS version, I still play the import famicom title anyways heh.
 
On a side note - Viking being mentioned: Viking is the direct precursor to Berzerker. Berzerker was largely incorporated into the Warrior job in XI (what with Berzerk and all). It's not likely we'll see the Viking/Berzerker job. I'd settle for a viking helmet and a tape on beard for my taru. That's Viking enough for me.

well im not buying a system just to play one game when i dont like anything else about the system. Especially a game ive already played and completed with just new graphics and a few changes here n there.
its not like im sittin here with a shit load of games i downloaded cause i dont wanna pay for em, i have NO ds games whatsoever. downloaded, paid for. nada.
i dont care what anyone thinks either, been pirating and hacking since 1992 and aint no one or nothin gonna change me otherwise cause apparently they still make enough money to make more stuff.

I believe it is ok as long as no one links to warez and such.

I'll probably download it too since I don't own a DS and am not buying one for just this game either. I look at pirating like this, I've got $100 to spend on games for a set period of time, after I spend that the game makers can't get any more money from me regardless. So pirating then won't be cutting their profits.

You have to understand digital property works very differently from physical property. Steal a car, and you took something physical that the vendor can no longer sell. Make a copy of a program and the vendor still has everything he had before, can still sell his product, and just can't sell it to you (if you even planned on buying it anyway). I'm a big open source fan.

If you never plan on buying it you should never plan on DL it though. If it's good enough for you to Download it's good enough for you to Buy. You should save your money wait and buy it when you make the money. And don't make it with a printing press. And just because you don't have the money after you buy other things means nothing. because you will make more money at some point or another, and with everything you just Downloaded you will feel you don't need to buy. and you will go about buying other things.

I used to Pirate things, I stopped, I don't DL anything that is sold. And if I have downloaded something and it gets licensed and sold I will buy it that way. (Did this with Charmed B4 it was sold on DVD). Just my 2 cents

If people want to incriminate themselves, that is fine by me. No links to sites or discussion of specifics (such as Download emu from this and this site (even without a link) and then get the roms by googling for this and that). Basically anything that can get QCDN in trouble. If a user admits to violate copyright laws and the DMCA, then that is their business.

On a related note: If you like a game, buy it!
 
Why rent when you can buy? lol i only rent games i know i will beat in a day. Like MGS3, Call of Duty 2, and many more lol
 
True... Renting went out a looooooooooong time ago, I havn't rented since SNES. If I have even the smallest inclination that I'll like the game I buy it... which has caused me to get some duds, but I have found the occasional gem too.

Make the DS not suck and i'll buy it. And while you're at it, make SE stop putting remakes of games on it. FFIII with "dual Screen" /barf
