here's how I read the Blau to start with: constantly does 25 damage...only kicks in higher on weapon skills/critical hits.

you can catch mantas with 0 skill, done it myself before, come to think of it; why dont you camp the harpe nm you and your sis have smn it should be fine for a duo(read: You send the harpe to yourself then go camp it with thf or smn and she goes smn as well and sell both); and if you're really so into putting hours for a dagger then do xlotol

i'll give you another tip, camp huwasai thats a timed spawn every 2 hours it sells for 85k a piece; I get the drop without TH(I usually camp a lot of things or farm without it I really dont like using it)

I dont get how you lose a lot of money leveling smn tbh, its probrably one of the most gil lenient jobs for people unless you're buying up the austere you can get (which is good and 3 out of 5 pieces still have situational use after youg et smn relic. Smn torque and earring shot up but you've been playing a long time they used to be really cheap....like 7k for torque and maybe 100k for earring

Another thing you could do is merit, a lot and spam isnm 3000 npc all nq drops except for a select few and maybe you get khroma you get at least 30k from doing this with 6 others(2k each win + shit drops_

Don't use Dagger on THF it sucks. I recommend you to equip a Fire Staff, sub RNG, get a good crossbow or gun and fight ranged. You can Sneak Attack shoot your enemies for massive damage.

Not Peacock charm? They're down to 1-1.2 mil now ^^ Lol never thought I'd hear a Thf say they cant make gil, I am out often doing what I can to increase my funds Thf has been a godsend to me frankly.

I use Azoth currently btw but I am finding the discussion here quite interesting for other dagger choices.

my gear is ok it needs work and of the main things is that my Harpe is now obsolete(was once the 3rd or the 4th best dagger in the game behind the mandu, Azroth and Perseus's Harpe) and was made so by the trial daggers.

No, Harpe hasn't been 'the 3rd or 4th best dagger in the game' ever, and it certainly wasn't made outdated by the magian daggers. It's been out-dated since it was released. An acceptable stop-gap while getting better daggers? Sure, that's perfectly fine. Don't make it out to be better than it is/was.

Also the guy who was trashing me earlier: try getting off a ws in a mob of 10+ other people trying to do the same thing every battle and see how easy you think it is.

I ran Dynamis for three years, and as THF for a good portion of the runs. I'd say that I have significantly more experience in Dynamis than you do, and as such, am more than qualified to make that remark.
