And if you're going to use it, as badass as that is, it would have to have an orange tip at the end so the coppers know not to shoot you.
 
The chainsaw.... the new-age bayonet lol. God damn that thing looks vicious. If you're dumb enough to brandish that in front of cops without an orange tip you probably shouldn't buy it to begin with lol...

wouldn't that prolly get him in legal trouble? :P would have to get permission would he not? or can people make such replica/stuff from games and sell without permission? I really am not sure about it XD

Probably because Microsoft have copyrighted the game and all in it, so that includes all weapon designs and stuff. Although im sure if he got a good lawyer, he could find a loophole.

Use to I think. I know I have one of the bows, but I haven't seen a nerf bow advertised in years.
