This is why you don't do bcnm's with random people. First off 6 people should be 6 orbs, we did 4 which was not the original agreement. Secondly no one else sent out any money. I told the person who invited me that I would not join a gruop doing bcnm that I did not know and distribute money before it was sent to me. That is how I go about it because I've been screwed over before. So why call out only me? No one else sent out any money. Am I doing the wrong thing? I don't think so. If you're going to raise the issue mention everyone involved.

I menationed everyone involved
I menationed Neveah and Darkstar for non-payment, and Drunken for MPKing.

Now, you've been screwed over in the past, so your screwing back. Well good for you. Now your an ass like the rest of em.

Hmm

I've known Warick for a long time .. and i remember first meeting him when I first joined a LS with him. We didn't know each other, and I was invited along on a BCNM.

I got a pretty lousy drop, and was waiting for things to sell at AH when someone mentioned in the LS about getting their cut already. I hadn't recieved anything as of yet.

When I asked about it, I was told that because I was an 'unknown entity' they weren't sending my cut of the profits until I did likewise as a safety precaution. I sent my share in a few days later, and everyone responded in kind.

This is standard fare with any BCNM. Look at it this way .. you get a 20k drop from your orb, you're already up 20k. So if you send out 17k to pay the others their cut, call it an investment. You're still up 3k, but if you ran with trustworthy folks your return could be a lot more than the extra 17k you're sitting on already.

In a game such as this, you have to have faith in people. A lot of times this requires faith in complete strangers. This is no different than any time you PT for xp. If you devote your time, trust, and energy into any kind of PT and it pays off .. great. If it doesn't, then throw them on a list and move on with life.

I've known Warick for a long time now. He has a lot of experience with this game (easily more than myself since i took off for 3 months). He's got more horror stories and experiences than you can imagine. But he STILL manages to dredge up faith to put trust in people, including strangers. If he's acting on the side of caution, I don't blame him at all, it's a right he's earned and a lesson he's taken to heart. But out of a lot of people on this server, he's one of those that I know i can trust and rely on without question.

1. I've known Warick since he was lvl 1. Done a few bcnms with him and a few NMs. Overall, he is a good person and can be trusted. He would distribute the money to all of the members. I could not testify for the rest since i did not know them.

2. There's no need for Warick to send his gils for his drop if others didnt do so. It just doesnt sound right.

3. It would not be fair for those who used their orbs to distribute gils to others who didnt use their orbs.
