haha, not exactly. It's looks strange because #1: It supposed to be upclose when you do it and #2: I don't normally use lights in my thumbs, and that kinda throws it off.

It's basically pointing your fingers towards the person and moving them up and down very quickly. Looks pretty cool if done right.
