On a more serious note:

Dr Quinn, Medicine Woman and Lost in Space.
 
In the QCDN sense, yeah. I voted "Scrubs and Star Wars" because I've always preferred those two, hands-down, to "House" or "Star Trek".

In the sci-fi sense, they're bigger because of the level of detail they afford to their entire series, and the continuities (or errors thereof in Star Wars' case, lol) they provide to the stories. Firefly had Serenity to be sure, and it was a great series in and of itself, but it just didn't have the staying power of Star Wars or Trek.

Star Wars and House all the way. I also happen to not just have an indifference towards, but very much dislike Star Trek and Scrubs.

And now that I've actually WATCHED an entire episode of scrubs, I can now say with authority that it does indeed suck.
 
House and Star Trek. Trek gets you Picard, not that pussy skywalker; whining about his dad like a little bitch.

I like start wars, I just prefer star trek; the only Trek series I haven't cared for was the original, but that's mainly because it's before my time.

If Luke walked into the Enterprise he could bring it down single handed. The only problem he would encounter would be the Tribbles. XD

ps - In reality I love Star Trek too. But they need to change those phasers from Stun to Kill.
