I believe one can only return to this game once.

I tok several long breaks in my 3 years, but actually quit once. Then I came back with a new character and lost interest a month later. I probably won't come back.

There is a time when we all find that we've reached our limits, and exhausted the fun. I can't believe how many people still play actually. I'm not saying this is a bad game, but there are soo many options out there.

Just as you mention, reaching the limit.

I've had 3 breaks sofar... the longest were 1½ month.
I just cant find any other game, that can keep me longer than a week or 2. I've joined and quit WoW twice too. That couldent keep me longer than 2 weeks both times.

Dont know if anyone have managed to play since the very release, without a single break...

How do you win as a blm? I've got 2 int merits left as blm. 95% of the rest I've solo'd. Have I won yet? Or do I have to activate the latent on Sorcerer's ring first? My wife is begging me to beat this damn game. lol.

Firestreak is supreme though.

The only thing my RDM is missing other then relic weapon untill I've reached my RDM goal is a Dalmatica. If I ever get an Aureole I'd just be +1 <.<;

I think that'd be a worthy discussion of it's own. Someone ought to make a topic. I would, but TV is just too much fun.

I can't even imagine really when I'd say I beat the game.

There are a few things I'd like to do before I quit. Solo ODS a few times would be one of them. Activate Sorcerer's ring would be another. I could probably do Sorcerer's ring right now if I had a little more ambition and a whole lot less wife aggro. My goal of having all HQ staves will be met tomorrow, which is kind of a self-mutilation thing. Everybody loves spending 1.3M gil on a HQ earth stave solely for Quake2... lol.

I'll probably feel pretty complete after I solo 180,000 more exp... Give me a month or so.

but i did took 1 months off 2 time cuz i have no choice... mom forcing me to cancel content ID due to work and school related issue x.x if i don't have school or work, i would have stay playing without any break lol

beating the game is really just achieving your personal goals.

although there are some situations where people just have everything and you are kinda just like "wow, win"

- End of FFXI Services

It is 75% hp and technically I have activated it. But I'm not into choking down boatloads of venom potions every time I want to activate it. I need one or two more pieces of zenith and then I should be good to go.
