My Theory on AV and how to defeat it

Already read yours, but it doesn't prove your point further. You told him to tell us how to beat Einherjar, which does nothing to prove your point, considering he can enter Einherjar. Stacked with the fact that people have only entered 2 times so far, you're no more knowledgable about Einherjar then he is.

Besides, have you ever fought AV yourself? Or do you go by what you read and see others do?
 
I've been playing for 3 years, okay?! I bloody know what I'm doing. Now, stop the freakin' argument and get back to AV!!! I know he's extremely powerful and very few linkshells have beat this bugger and many theories have been tried. I just put my point that this theory sound really good because I haven't seen this before and I have read a lot of theories. Although I may have missed a couple, because they could be in another language, And fyi, Europeans are not dense, and I'm actually part American! So if you try to insult me about being European, then your greatly mistake, because I was born in the USA in VA State, however, I moved to the UK when I was 1 1/2 years old.

i dont want this to turn into an arguement i posted this theory as an idea that maybe people would lyk to try if its been done before fair enough and uzor i had no idea about your thread and im sorry if its the same idea i dont mean to step on your toes
 
Being European is bad. Being American is way worse. People like Meeze are there. >.>

Regardless, this is a theory of which every last aspect has been tried already, it's not something new. Just because you somehow missed it being posted in almost every BG thread on AV, doesn't mean it wasn't.
 
I haven't read BG, but has anyone tried reducing AV's hit points to zero? That seems to work with other mobs.

My point is he's never seen AV, never seen the last room of Einherjar, he has no reason to theorize either of them. Reading crap on the internet isn't going to teach you something. It can give you hints, but until applied ingame, you don't actually know what is going to happen when you try.

I don't make assumptions about how to kill AV, it is outside my knowledge. i know what I know and don't know, I don't try and make up bullshit and pass it off as a theory.

I think he was lying about not reading BG, since that was the other recuring strategy. >.>
 
I like how someone who's never even seen AV or probably even set foot in sea is giving advice on how to kill him and presenting the most obvious strategy as though it's new. People berate him for posting an obvious strategy that has been proven a hundred times doesn't work, and of course Uzor jumps to his defense. I don't know how you could read strategies about AV and not see at least one mention of using jailor torques/weapons, especially when it was discussed at length on these very boards; it seriously undermines any claims of researching AV.
 
didnt uzor 2 hour with the weapon and tourque perhaps that locks AV 2 hour by2 houring with the weapon? or maybe the tourque?

bet this been tried but just tought id say it

No, it was just a completely random effect from a THF not named Uzor meleeing with Justice Sword, that nobody has screnshots of. Don't remember if he had Torque, probably did.
 
For the love of god, no more AV posts. Don't post if you don't have sea. Don't post if you've never done anything in sea. Don't fucking post if you've never even seen AV. Don't post when there are many, many FFXI forums out there, all of which have threads and posts and theories about AV. All of which conclude with people that actually know what they're doing and people who have beaten AV before who are saying AV is invincible right now.

The thf didn't/doesn't have a justice torque. Nor when this supposedly happened did he have a fortitude torque.

Gerry never suggested anything abotu how to kill him. He just said the strategy hasn't been tested, at which point Meeze jumped down his throat. I wasn't defendiny Samsy, I was defending Gerry, because Meeze unjust jumped on him and tried to slit his throat open for saying the strategy hadn't been tested.

(That wasn't a flamebait to you, I was just adding to the list of prerequisites to fulfil in order to post an AV thread.)
