NA vs. JP issue to the Extreme

My point was that everyone should consider that other people want to get NM drops just as much as everyone else, so if you treat them fair they'll treat you fair. I really don't like MPK'rs (universal statement), should just accept didn't get pull, come back next day and try again. Not fair to just force claim, if not get it, MPK and get it anyways. I personally avoid NMs entirely except for BCNM. Personally they do nothing but make me stressed out. Not sure how others feel. Though I'm sure getting 1 mil+ share on drops is fun.
 
JP = NA = EU

Its just a selected few.

Most of the JP I've met and managed to talk to, seem quite friendly. The amount of Bad JP players matches the amount of bad NA and EU players.
 
This story sounds like the questions that come up like:

"If everyone in the world burped at the same time, would the world explode?"

Everyone makes a GM call at the same time, causing a shut down, allowing NA to "take over the world!11!1!".

I kind of wish that would happen here, would make my day reading the countless flames put on this board :P.
 
MPKing out of retaliation is wrong. Taking an NM from a group who uses unfair methods to claim, is fine IMO

NM Spawns purple for every single NA player there, that's definitely not a coincedence.

Ahh, screw you two. Grouping all NA together is a cop-out. Some NA suck, some JP suck, and some Eu suck.

I don't apporve what those people did. That was complete bullshit, and half the ls didn't agree either, as they disbanded.

are you kidding? Japanese players who MPK compared to NA who MPK is like 10:1 ratio.

Other than the Maseki Incident, can you name one specific time an NA player has blatantly MPK'd another group? Now name a time a JP has MPK'd?

Japanese are notorious for MPKing, they're the ones who started it in FFXI, not the other way around.
 
OK THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED

OK player X who stunned the KB is me Naveronasis Formerly From Quetzocotal and here is my account of the event dispite beeing my RL friend hes gotten a few things out of place and a couple i dont recall even happeneg o.o (see the link after the text to see the thread on the hardly living hades forum)

ok this is about the most suck-tacular event in the history of my playing FFXI mostly because no one wins and its not going to get better... read at the risk of beeing severly pissed off...

Chapter 1: The fight
I log on (im a member of excellence) and low and behold KB is up i rush out there at the order of the LS but as usual hes claimed by the JP's... after sitting there a while a Sack holder (Doommagus) says to claim it.... no one talks and he continues.... Doomm: We dont even have a fair chance the only way a NA is going to kill it is by claiming it off someone else... latency* prevents that" 4 other members agree no one oposes... now im a new member... i dont want problems so i do as doom says... im a blm i dont have voke or anything... and it would be to my misfortune that KB unclaims near me and i end up claiming it =/ well of course by now its 75% dead and theres no chance in hell its going to come after me =/ and it continues to unload on the jp's ; ; (DC was the LS) now it would not have been too hard to get more hate BUT we had our own problems... only HALF of us go through with the plan... the other half (who failed to complain at the appropriate time) opposed the steal and disbanded leaving 6 Vs kb... im in a panic over getting people killed so i start casting Bliz IV and i actually get the nuke through for 923dmg... this also ment it was my final act of defiance as KB also turned around and double attacked me with criticle for 500somthing and 200somthing and i died...

Chapter 2: Internal affairs
this is the point where the other 5 remaining members decided that "hmmm KB is not nice we better run" and they zone... this is about where the LS chat takes off... it was 5 on 6 pretty much side A was "latency is BS we dont stand a chance we had a shot at KB and you all blew it" and side B was "Stealing is wrong" and me... well i was still dead and in the middle of it all. my standing was "Im new... Doomm is sack holder. I just followed orders i didnt want to disobey and get kicked ; ;" now in stead of sympathy side A said to me "GERR your dumb dont claim somthing you dont want to fight" (to my defence i never said i wasnt going to kill that was just their interpretation of what i said) and side B of course was "Gerr dont even talk cus YOU were the one who took it from them" end result was i was deneyed a raise by both groupes >.<

Chapter 3: tears on the battle field
to make matters worse DC was a Wurm** alli... (i did not know this) which meant stealing from them was a DOUBLE bad idea and the iceing on the cake... they were holding me responsable ; ; after a looooong talk i got a R1 off another BLM in the LS after KB was dead so thast i could get up and apologise to DC (this was my idea) first i used auto translator then i told my side of the story in english for those who could understand me. few simpathised.

Chapter 4:Diffusion
at this point Doomm proclaimed that he quits FFXI and logs. the subject dies down alittle..... till that evening when doomm comes back... with a new evil plan... that hes not going to quit... but instead he is going to wage his own personal war agains the system stealing HNM and MPKing Jp's untill hes banned or someone fixes the problems. Stanislav, Orijin, and Quazar say they will quit as well....

Chapte 5: Decleration of war.
that night and into the next day things change.... doomm has many friends... and many who simply simpathise over latency and last i heard 4 NA HNM LS's decided to join doom in his quest to MPK jp and take HNM from them. i have also been lead to beleave that some JP's have made a similar arangement about doom... but that i dont have 100% comframation on. also stan and the others decided not to quit but insteand to either JOIN in this venture or at least stick around to see how it goes

Epilogue:
so somehow ive landed my self as a key player in this whole thing >.< and im not joining EITER SIDE the last thing i want is further involvement... but i felt a post needed to be made. now if i can say ONE thing in doomm's defence this isnt a war on JP's so much as a war on Latency and GM's... i dont want this to turn into a NA vs JP discussion. and i dont want to portray doomm as a anti JP or racest. also from what i hear doomm was beeing insulted by DC before KB spawned but i wasnt there for that either...

im pretty sure i dont need to ask you all to voice your opinion... but mine is "wow this sucks.... ; ;" i feel bad about DC =( and i feel bad for us too... and if these "Declorations" come to pass there are going to be alot more people i feel bad for... =(

now as an update the GM spam protest DID occour... however i DONT remember anyone MPKing anyone durring his time but i DID hear it caused a GM system crash where when a player would call for a GM it would say "Help deks is currently unavailable" but i was offline and i did not whitness this.
 
well, Gais on quez is one big major NA hater, big racist also, sum ppl r just asking for mpk... you know... its somthing you wanna do but.. you dont wanna get banned, so you plan, and forget bout it, unless u dont care, if it was me, i wulda mpk Gais many times over for being a racist JP... id LOVE to see that on our server, itll give NA a chance to actully get items that we need. >.< :twisted: not that i support mpk.. well i sorta do... only to those who deserve it ;)
