Ya... Uchiha is like retarded dull Saiyans... and Naruto is becoming way too predictable a manga that it's getting dull. The only shock (sorta) was that Tobi was really in control of Akatsuki. Honestly, I thought he was powerful, but not level of really being in control of Akatsuki.

But they are all like that, well the adventure based mangas where the main character goes through events and grows, fights go from 4-15 chapters. =p

What Uzor said is exactly what has me eager for more. I think Pain can control the weather because of what his biatch said in the last panel. Plus, with all this "space/time" jutsu... If the Sharingan's true power turns out to be the ability to "body jump" thus giving it's user inmortality, I'm gonna cry. ; ;
 
I don't understand why people are freaking out over space/time Jutsu.

You remember that Kakashi has developed a dimensional shifting one with his Mangekyou, right?
 
The space is not the problem, it's the time thing. Sharingan can create another dimension/space and in that place it would look like any amount of years can pass. But it never altered the time in the actual world. If the creator is hinting that Sharingan's tru power is space/time control, then the battle is already lost.

ps - Look how Tobi got to Pain's location that fast. D=
 
Well, let's not forget the Yellow Flash. It really still isn't anything terribly new.
 
Maybe this Pain dude will bring some PAIN! Honestly, I never expected this from Tobi lol.

How could they make Obito Tobi? Obito died(supposedly) at the end of the Kakashi side story which was about what 20 years tops? And he died(again supposedly) with only a 2 tome eye. Even if he had survived somehow, Madara Uchiha was someone that Itachi read about in the texts of the Uchiha clan(i forget if he called them "aincent texts" or older texts, basicly he wasnt supposed to be around anywhere near their present time, iirc) and it was said that he was the first to have gotten the Mangekyou sharingan. How would they have that information if Obito was officially dead?

Which is beside the point, as all Sharingan start off at 2 Tomoe.

I honestly think people are jumping the gun in calling Tobi Madara, just because of a vague snippet of him talking about Madara. I always took him saying "Uchiha Madara's power" as him talking about, you know, his actual abilities. Not actually being him. There really is no immortality in Naruto. Even Kakuzu had to devour peoples hearts to continue living through the decades.

Tobi being Obito makes a lot more sense, as that would put his age around 30, as opposed to being around 100(Allegedly around Shodaime's age, who as we know is the grandfather of 53 year old Tsunade.) As well, we've seen Tobi's armored/reconstructed body. And we've seen his right, sharingan eye. Those are really huge signs pointing to being Obito.
 
hehe, I agree that I think Tobi was talking about gaining the same power as Uchiha Madara not that it is Uchiha Madara :P

I still, honestly, hate the idea of Obito being Tobi because it's just so... dull :\

And there's immortality XD There are the Bijuu :P they are technically immortal as far as we know cause they have always been around causing problems. I mean, there really isn't much explanation what would happen to them if the jinchuuriki died. We know they can be extracted but other than that..
 
By Mandaras power, I belive he means the harnessed powers of the tailed beasts, as atleast one tailed beast has encountered Mandara, and he has said that he had 'Cruel eyes' So I think that's the power Tobi was refering to

Yeah, there is, they'd die along with their host. It's why Kyuubi took so much of Naruto over at the Valley of the End.
 
but do they really? :P do they die for good? or lose themselves for awhile and then reform at a later point? really.. Bijuu and their nature isn't explained XD

I belive that's down to how Kyuubi is sealed.
 
Well, when the host dies, I wouldn't think that the seal would break. Chiyo said that the previous Shukakku host had the Shukakku extracted so that it could be transferred to Gaara. As well, why bother capturing hosts alive to extract? Especially considering Tobi and Deidara took Sanbi out when it didn't have a host. Shukakku would've been exponentially weaker, so killing Gaara on the spot would not have been a liability at all.

then maybe they disperse and only come back every now and again or under certain circumstances? Like the 7 sins from FMA, I'm guessing 1-9 tails can be defeated, but they re-appear after some time or until a certain event.

We can only speculate I spose.
