If this does happen, I am going to have to go from the Sasuke neutral to the Sasuke must die club. How many chances do you need to not be an ass Sasuke might really be just like Orochimaru.

I've given up on whatever Sasuke is doing. I just want to see what happens when Naruto finds out about Jiraiya, the fourth as his father, and gets the key.

Naruto is either going to A.) Beat the emo out of sasuke, hard to believe i know. B.) Kill the bastard. C.) or A. then B.
 
sasuke has reached a new level of assholedness. upon finding out the truth he goes out and DOES EXACTLY WHAT ITACHI WAS SACRIFICING HIS REPUTATION/HONOUR/love from his brother TO PREVENT!
Danzo needs to just crucify his ass and then we can have naruto vs danzo for the end instead.
 
Honestly guys, you're acting like he shouldn't be pissed off at Konoha, now that he knows it was them behind his clans slaughter, using the brother he loved dearly as a mere pawn to do so.

It's entirely sensible that he wants it wiped off the map. Especially since the only person who was against the slaughter hasn't been alive for over 3 years.

Really, why do civilians matter? They never matter in the real world when two countries go to war because of differing governemental actions or opinions.
 
The poor kid's been thru hell most of his life. Looking at his mentality, he's looking for something else to blame for his unhappiness. Now that Itachi is no longer that person, the next best thing is to place that anger and hate towards would be Konoha, the village that made his brother who he was.

I never expect Sasuke to come out of his emo-fit. The only person who can save him from this would be Naruto.. well, let's see what Kishi does from here on out.
 
He's getting ready to kill innocent people who had nothing to do with his clan's slaughter. Danzou's the only real mastermind behind it, but he seems too shortsighted/emo to see that.

Also, the clan itself brought their fate on themselves for being too power hungry to just live peacefully. Sasuke's now going against the goal his brother worked so hard to achieve.

In short, he's finally gone from being an antihero into a full villain. Hopefully they'll finally kill him off in the near future, his character just went from bad to worse, and I think the majority of the world is just tired of hearing about him.

Akatsuki and Orochimaru are getting old, too. (Every single mission Naruto & co are assigned on involve them somehow. Whatever happened to, y'know...being a ninja and all that.) I'm going to be awfully disappointed if the story ends like this, without any fresh elements.

and he just ignores the rest of the Uchiha were being douche bags too? lol.. the entire Uchiha clan isn't what I'd call the best people either :P

Yes, actually, it is.

Going "all of that stuff that you've been working under for the last 5 years? Yeah, that's all bullshit now, here's what really happened," is annoying as hell. The only difference was that Citan didn't show up and ask you to save halfway through one of the chapters. It's a cop out to them not knowing where the plot is going anymore and it almost completely removes any interest in Akatsuki now, other than to just protect naruto from them and maybe avenge Jiraiya if they feel like it.

Now, "Eagle" will be the main villains and the plots that they've been developing for the last year are going to be secondary.

Sasuke's response is legitimate, given the new explanation of the past, but the complete shift in the past events is just a stupid move. They basically wrote themselves into a corner, so they had to bullshit their way into a new plot.
