You know, funny enough..

Thats how it was in the Japanese version of No More Heroes too. Only the North American release has the copious amounts of red spraypaint.

But regardless, thats Britians problem if Shippuuden has Hidan and Shikamaru scenes cut.

this chapter is entirely related to sasuke and the hachibi's fight

he begins fighting sasuke with suigetsu/zabuza's sword until sasuke is able to swat it away, then he switches to using his own swords (he has eight)

after a few panels he uses a command similar to what espada's use to release their swords in bleach, and sasuke is suddenly impaled by 8 swords at once

my opinion on that is it's probably a genjutsu illusion or something of that sort, but every part of me hopes it's real

you know i don't think the 8-tail is the type for genjutsu although I wouldn't immediately dismiss it, making the reference to sasuke vs itachi's fight is kinda irrelevant since they are naturally genjutsu users by nature(moreso itachi than sasuke, for sasuke it's more of a common practice after the 3 years).


Not saying that a genjutsu battle would be great either, but yeah...

Personally, I hope the 8 Tails lives on. Cloud Ninja are severely lacking in the series. There was the guy that tried to kidnap Hinata and her father wtfpwned him and the Nibi jinchuuriki that got owned hard, and now the hachibi, who actually shows promise of living beyond his introduction. Nobody from Akatsuki or any other major villian/good guy are from the Lightning Village.

We've seen tons of people from Leaf and Sand. A good amount from Mist and Rain. And some prolonged character appearances from Waterfall, Rock, and Grass thanks to Akatsuki. Lightnings like, reclusive or something.

Also, you'd figure a village with two Jinchuuriki would have more of a presence in the story.

btw, volume 43 is coming out in Japan, and it is much longer than other volumes. Most manga tankōbon have around 10 chapters, volume 43 is a Sasuke-fest with a whopping 13 chapters, so around 260 pages maybe?

Its called The Man Who Knows the Truth (真実を知る者, Shinjitsu o shiru mono). The cover is Sasuke and Itachi. Itachi looks badass, like he is torturing Sasgay ;P
