Sage Naruto is made of awesome. I can't wait for him to start wrecking bitches.

And Pain is about to bring the... pain? Yea. More awesome to come.

it's coming at the end of next week's special so that's on the third episode of the fight so ya.. I doubt any other captain except maybe Kakashi would get it drawn out that much.. or maybe Yamato now.

There is a lot that happens AFTER Asuma dies. In my opinion, the real fight/s doesn't begin until he's dead. I'm sure they'll draw out the Shikamaru scene and I don't know how much they really can draw off of the fight with Kakashi where Naruto plays hero, but that one could go either way. We're about to see a lot of epic stuff and Asuma dyin' is just the tip.

Pain starts wrecking the hell out of Konoha, while Konan is on one of the watch posts deep inside the village (stealth mission?)

Elsewhere akatsuki is extracting the 8-tails, one of its tentacles falls to the ground and disappears, kisame comments that sasuke "fucked up", the 8-tails (with jinchuuriki) escape

Awesome, maybe he will meet up with Naruto after all.

Could you imagine if he knows how to use his beasts chakra without any repercussions and teaches Naruto how? Naruto's Chakra, the Kyuubi's Chakra, and Nature Energy rolled in to one attack?

personally i think mr. ox is going to konoha just to fuck up and run into pein...but that's me lol.

I don't understand this. Why would he go to Konoha and attack/or even plan too? You keep sayin' it but I don't get why he would. Sasuke is in the Bingo Books and is a Missing Nin so that alone would clear him from bein' a threat -from- Konoha (not meaning he isn't from there but under Konoha orders to do things). The only thing I could see him goin' to Konoha for is to maybe get some information on him or something to that extent. Just me though.
 
Not having episodes 78-79 out yet is making me angry. I hope they come out before I have to go to work. ><
 
It's making me angry too, this is one of the biggest episodes in the series since Sasuke showed up in the Orochimaru arc
 
I agree. I was thoroughly disappointed; but I won't complain. Not like they charge us. They do it for free.
 
Oh that was awesome. Bee didn't get captured, it was a substitute jutsu. Sasuke got fucking owned for sure.

Yeah, but what's gonna happen now? Naruto is off in toadsville Sasuke just sorta left the picture. I want the other groups to actually get more air time, like Hinata's group as well as Shikamarus...there is way too much Sasuke crap goin on right now...I wanna see the other "major" characters. I like how Bleach is balancing how they show their characters, Naruto is kinda losing it with character balancing.
 
There wasn't even any of the major characters in this Mangasode. At all. Nothing but newly introduced characters.

yeah I guess, Introducing new characters is good and bad at this point, alot of readers/viewers already have the characters they like (Shino in my case) so it makes readers think why isn't character X getting more screen time instead of Introducing new character Z.

If that made any sense at all...

I wouldn't really call Pain not major. Plus we had Zetsu, which was the third revealed Akatsuki member way back at the end of part 1.

I count major characters as Konoho-related. Pain is iffy since he's been random. Zetsu, though the 3rd revealed, hasn't played too big a role other than watching shit. I mean, no Naruto, Kakashi, Sakura, Sasuke, Sai, Tsunade, or Yamato. I'll count those as the immediate "main" characters, as not having them in the mangasode makes it seem a bit "side-story"ish.
 
well, if anything, now is a good time to re-introduce some of the konoha characters as they battle pain while naruto is out, and sasuke is not there.
