When I got my N.Body I was happy, it did fine. Then D.Harness came out and I pretty much used that exclusively. At the time I had something like 68+ accuracy, and the attack/Dex seemed to help my damage out over all. The D.Harness pretty much does exceptional for SA, TA, SATA, and any of those skills coupled with a WS. Most melee that switch to thief don't understand the complexity of the job, and the role Dex plays in most cases. It's not a raw modefier like Str is on like 90% of Weaponskills.
Double Dipping Dexterity:
Sa is modified by Dex, Shark Bite, Dancing Edge, and Evisceration are as well, so not only do you get the benefit of the WS modefier, you also get the SA modefier as well, you basically get double the benefit. (The attack on it ain't too shabby either.)
Evisceration:
I use to agree with most that for Evisceration: N.Body > D.Harness. However, a very short wuile ago, they changed the TP modefier on Evisceration, so that TP affects the Crit rate rather than the Damage. At which time D.Harness > N.body, as well (for me at least) Evisceration > Dancing edge.
Kinda like Decimation Vs. Rampage, Decimation is 50% Str for 3 hits, TP = Accuracy; Rampage is 30% Str for 5 Hits, TP = Crit Rate. Both in theory should do the same damage, the difference beign one's mod is Crit rate.
On that vein, Dancing edge gets a boost from CHR as well, however, in my particular settup, I don't boost CHR up enough to be considered viable in relation to other stats.
