/sigh I know there's red tape, I understand there are legalities to the international trade of goods and services for crying out loud.
Ok let me make this clear as day to all.
Microsoft released multiple advertisements for their upcoming release and new services available to customers.
Microsoft did not make mention of any services that would be unavailable to specific customers due to locations/licensing, any reason really at all, any mention. (would have been nice "eh")
By doing the above implies that these services would be available, it's deceiving. Deceit is bad business. They could have made the pro-active decision to include mention of limitations, for seeing customer complaints, it's only a logical step. Who am I to think corps like to make pro-active decisions.. that's silly of me ;p
I don't expect the service NOW, I do expect the common courtesy as a customer to not have my time wasted, and it has been wasted.
This is just among many disappointments I've experienced with Microsoft over the last 4 years of using the 360.
I'm principal driven, a tad bit of an idealist, and there's not a damn thing wrong with that.
