hmm hard to say...

squeezing through a bunch of screaming 7 year olds to the mall...

or dropping 30 dollars for something that I should've had 2 days ago...


or the 5 hour update before I even had the expansion in my hands the other day..


only to wait another 2 1/2 (going on 3 soon) hours trying to register a product that I've been waiting for...

Phone a friend works...my most frustrating time was probably when I realized cyber sex wasn't real. JK,

Seriously, this is probably as bad as its ever been frustration wise, but that's only because I took the day off.
 
I mean it wouldn't be that bad If I didn't have a job or a life...I mean some people can just do this for 2-3 days straight and get in..but I can't

The really hellish part is that Neyla and I went to the mall after work, braving Black Friday shoppers and a self-described "pain in the ass" woman who bought six or seven used games and made the slowest checkout girl ring her up. I got to my apartment a good twenty minutes before Neyla got to his house. He had no problems registering it and getting it installed. I'm still hitting "Retry" and screaming at the monitor.

/sigh
 
Note to self - Check versions before buying expansions. European software + NA hardware don't go together - and only when it comes to computers. So all of this will just calmly pass me buy as I watch everyone else out level me... again...

Summer of '05 is when i bought the game. Started Mid September/Early October or so.
 
found out a guy at work plays ffxi had a half a day today was telling him im gonna get expansion load it up and play for 12 hours when i get home 25 mins to park my jeep 35 min wait at game stop come home load up disc go to register still not ingame wtf im so ........meh!!!!! fadgeddaboit

Women 1&2 say to woman #3 girl you know jack Daniel isn't a soft drink thats a hard liqueur
woman #3 just nods and says aha / rimshot
 
maybe we all need to just... sleep for like an hour and try again >.<
 
I too have been trying for a long while now. Totally lame having to go to a mall and wade my way through all the stupid shoppers there who just have to save a few dollars on random crap.


Think imma just go play tf2 for a couple hours then try after i eat some dinner,
 
Mine still hasnt been delivered to the gamestop <.<.......
 
meh i'm just going to update, then register it later.....I mean i'm gonna try at some obscure hour tonight and maybe i'll get it to work
 
40 minutes of hitting Retry and I'm now timing out at the registration page, hurray for small steps. -_-
