The really hellish part is that Neyla and I went to the mall after work, braving Black Friday shoppers and a self-described "pain in the ass" woman who bought six or seven used games and made the slowest checkout girl ring her up. I got to my apartment a good twenty minutes before Neyla got to his house. He had no problems registering it and getting it installed. I'm still hitting "Retry" and screaming at the monitor.

after it checks the 20k files, you only download and install the 20k (though the first and 3rd process goes faster)
