To be music-elitists you have to listen to good music...and know why its good. Espescially in comparison to other genres. No seriously, I'm not going to pretend I know a whole lot in this area, but I'm not a music elitist, my qualm is why you think yourself as such. Music elitism is shitty inherently though.....

Scenes are for people not brave enough to go to the shows they love and stick out like a sore thumb . . . Scenesters are the kids who snicker about those people because they just don't get it.
