Sorry if I am in the dark, but this guy seems very...weird...not to mention I see chars doing things they shouldnt/dont need to be doing like casting ni right after I see ichi go off etc

This guy is one of the most annoying(I should use a stronger word, heh) players on the server. He belongs to the same group of the old JPs who MPKed, stole and did other crap to the CC linkshells. His old linkshell used to be GenesisUnion, which was headed by his character called
Dreadnought(I assume it was his). Dread was very notorious for MPKing and stealing at faf/nid. Dreadnought used to spam mazurka, try to cause a flail and then come in and steal. I've had first hand experience with this group stealing a Nid from my old linkshell.

He eventually got banned and they renamde their linkshell with nightmare as the main holder. Their new name is EternalUnion.

As for using tools. I wouldn't be surprised that he uses tools for claim purposes or other things. They usually haven't had a lot of people at camps and their claim rates have generally been very high. Many times you'll see him claim from one of his many characters, which is very fishy, not always you can spam enter because daters aren't killed all of the time.

As for his leet gear and stuff. Although I don't have first hand experience or source for his group's loot lotting, I think its probably not far off from the old JP rules(maybe still current for some) of everything going to the leaders first(followed by cute girls *'-').

He leads Destination a smallish (by NA standards) JP HNM shell (formerly known as GenesisUnion, EternalUnion and a few others I've forgotten). They are a very competent group, and apart from Nightmare, I've never seen any of them do anything dodgy.

Dreadnought (and Night before him) were both his and were both banned for MPKing. As far as lotting goes, all my experiences with them have been straight down the line. Very transparent systems with everyone getting a fair chance at stuff. It wouldn't surprise me though if he knew about the Salvage bug, the shell as a whole has a lot more Salvage gear than I would have expected (and it's certainly not just his characters that have 5/5 Salvage gear).

His alts do disappear from time to time though. It wouldn't surprise me if he levelled, equipped them and sold them off.

Had about 4 mules at behemoth once and his thf character claimed behemoth and got wailed on for about 2 min(thfs dodge alot) then after some time unafked or whatever then kill it.

He claimed with the thf and the g horn bard while afk and then Nq beh sat there and wailed on the thf for like 3 minutes... Then another LS that was there cured the thf and pld tried to invince and shit to steal it. like 15 minutes later and i think everyone in the zone calling a GM on him Nightmare comes back kills the beh and warps out like nothing happened...

GM's response was that there was not enough evidence of the event. But you gotta have balls to bot claim on 2 characters with relic or just be eternally stupid. Either way the guy claims like 75% when hes in DA and he has claimed on all 3 characters at the same time and he is still here... so what are you gonna do.

ah yes.. piss and moan at the GMs as they continue to do nothing lol.
