Noble mold (Rain hat)

Has anyone actually seen (or camped) "noble mold" for a pop? I waited for rain on lightsday and nothing. The little info I found about the spawn says, you can't kill the possible place holders for 48-72 hrs. If that is true, how would you ever get one... I zone to zitah, kill one placeholder|s and now pop time resets.

Does it pop during rain on anyday?

Aparently, it's only on lightsday, when it's raining, and if the placeholders haven't been killed...

I was gonna camp this sucker for the hat for my whm... But I think I'm gonna give it a miss.

Not killing placeholders to pop a NM is the stupidest idea SE has ever come up with.

How would you even camp this with those strict (if true) pop req's..? The hat isnt so great where you would wait 2-3 days for one spawn and not a 100% drop.

I still want one though ><.(waits for a server reset...)
