All Worlds Emergency Maintenance (Nov. 20)

At the following time, we will be performing maintenance on all Worlds. During this period, FINAL FANTASY XI will be unavailable.

Maintenance operations will delete any reservations for Pankration matches. Players who are scheduled to participate in Pankration matches, those who will enter Assault, Salvage or Einherjar areas, or those who will participate in Dynamis or Limbus at the time of the maintenance, we ask that you please wait until maintenance is complete before engaging in these activities. Please note that we cannot replace items that are lost during the maintenance process.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

* The World Transfer Service will be unavailable starting 30 minutes before the maintenance. Return Home to Vana'diel Campaign will also become unavailable once the maintenance begins. Please wait until after the maintenance is completed before attempting to use these services.

They still only admit to having made 2 mistakes. The Reraise one and the USB one.
 
This update fixed their worst mistake in years. Making gimp-dd's think they were supreme just because they used a 2-handed weapon. Any mistakes that came along with it are water-under-the-bridge to me.
Yes I use 2-handed weapons.
Yes, I think its cool to be this over-powered.
No, I don't think its right.
 
No, they have not admitted to overpowering Erucas, making HNM's go overpowered modes faster, everything in-game being WAY too bright, their Gamma solution doing nothing, Archaic Gear(s) Restoraling for 100% HP, Zhayolm boss doing 54k needles, Energic Eruca being the new AV etc.

And they won't ever admit that their Windower is worse then the unofficial one :P
 
Quiet offtopic <.< but.. anyone can tell me how I can change the font <.<... the SE one is terrible

I spent 3 days in limbo in a cop craig with a character once cause they wouldnt admit something was causing R0 problems in certain areas. Long as things look great on their screens it must be a problem our end......
 
Another question... when I use Empress Band now... will I be able to use it again after mainty? (the time resets?)

No. Times like the recharge on enchantment items and ENM stuff isn't reset.

I agree. Nothing annoyed me more than watching a DRG in full AF eat meat with very little problems to accuracy while I was decked out in full accuracy and attack gear using sushi and still not satisfied with my accuracy to watch him pull hate off with a single WS. However, I also think the Ridill is completely broken as well. Nothing in the game compares with any other alternative multi-hit weapon having much weaker damage so it did need to be dropped down a peg.

It's not that it doesn't work right, but that it's inferior to the 3rd party windower. You'd think having access to someone else's work like that and knowing exactly what the customer wanted/needed (there is a plugin for almost everything) would have given SE some insight into what they should have done.

Ummm, Ridill takes quite a bit of effort to obtain...and even more effort to fully utilize. Check other Ridill WARs damage, then check mine. It can be two different weapons.
There's a reason its the rarest drop on the toughest of the 3 NQ Kings...because it CAN be so good.

yea, well some DD's i know are royally pissed cause they dont do ZOMG uber steel cyclones anymore and they wanna go kill themselves because of it...no lie..


oh and a little conspiracy theory of mine about windower, they just made this "official windower" specifically so that it would break the unofficial one and give the player so much trouble trying to use theirs that they give up and play normal full screen mode...just a thought
