I mean, it was basically the same thing but we were both responsible adults and mature enough to realize that this was silly to be fighting about.

Well technically everything said here is owned by Reeve. Every PM, every post, every nook and cranny. So really you have no suit. Really, Windaria tried this. Hence why I said you are like Windy. You have had plenty of options to ignore Elei, or anyone of us here. Since you chose to not use the features of this board that would allow you to not feel any "damages" then you uhh...lose! ^.^

No, you don't have rights to privacy on these boards. All posts, private or otherwise, are property the aministrators of the website, and they or thier representatives (the mods) may do with them as they see fit. This was brought up actualy during the Sire/Windy flap about the quoted post in the signature.

No, you can't envoke tort law in this case. The only recourse you have legaly is if they were not in fact the PMs you wrote and he made them up.

I wouldnt go so far as to say that, but people who threaten to sue in the US for something this silly are stupid (for lack of a better term).

Yep. Typically threatening to sue is cause to sever whatever relations remain.
