Chapter 595 spoilers are showing up...

*foams at the mouth from the win*

Ok, let's see if I can get this right, this is by no means in order, nor are they 100% confirmed yet:

Spoiler:

* Some of the Supernovas seem to be having trouble with the New World
* Zoro finally figures out Luffy's Message. Perona offers to help him but he refuses. She seems to have a tsundere crush on him now I believe
* Rayleigh advises to get a coxswain in the crew, Jimbei has a recommendation when they get to Fishman Island
* BB ties up Bonney, suddenly Akainu (Noooo! Bonney!)
* Sanji has to beat the Okama at Kamabakka kingdom to learn a new recipe that strengthens them
* Moria is alive, it seems Absolom rescued him before Doflamingo nearly killed him
* Sabo seems to be alive and was the reason why Law went out to help Luffy (Unsure)
* Buggy and his crew with a bounty of FIVE BILLION get appointed as a Shichibukai

I'll have more details a little later on whether some of these are confirmed or not.
