Definitely not going to happen now, considering SE sold all of their contracting to microsoft, meaning all future games made by SE will be on the 360 or whatever system is released afterwards. Hence FFXI being released for it, and FF12 being stripped from PS2 and being released on x360.

If anything at all, they'll drop support for PS2 when Aht Gurghan comes out, which they already have with the graphic update coming up.

And SE sold all their contracts to microsoft? Huh? I havent heard of this. I cant imagine them breaking off with Sony(I was under the impression FFXI 360 only happened cuz Sony's online thingy sucks)
 
I'm not buying a PS2 just to play FFXI.


If they did that, the profits would rock bottom.

Muchless, can you still buy the PS2 that supports teh hard drive?

First, FF12 is still being released for the PS2 only. Do you know how hard and expensive it would be for them to re-engineer the game for xbox360 instead of the practically completed ps2 version?

Second, it is hard for them to drop a graphics update for the ps2 when there isn't one being made for any of the systems (PC, xbox360, nor ps2). Only thing xbox360 is getting, is wide screen view which is already capable on PC with registry edits.
 
Alky's been having some terrible itches lately it seems. If you want his nasty-bastard bracers, even if it means destroying reputations or making a hundred enemies to some crap, more power to you, just don't go whining if you start to feel scratchy too.. :irked:

Are these not things that are obvious to everyone?

Yes Vang, blaming an entire LS is stupid because not everyone in the LS is capable of kicking a person. We can say our piece and hope that it is taken care of properly, but aside from that, there is not much we can do.

If it were up to me and there was sufficient evidence, I would kick that person immediately, but it isn't for me (or for many people in the LS) to do. It is a leadership decision.
 
I dont look at QCDN threads very often, I'm usually busy playing and not talking about playing, but I read this (all 14 pages) and I feel like I should give my two cents. I camp Alkyoneus with Necrosis, among other NMs, and from my experience him botting doesn't seem likely. A few days ago I was camping with Necrosis and a few other folks, Legolias being one of them. I go out to get some food and midway through pouring milk into the bowl I see some fireworks go off, so I come back and we have the claim. Long-ish story short we kill it on the staircase and Necrosis is afk half the battle. This story would point towards botting, BUT he was not the one who claimed Alky. Legolias got the claim fair and square with Chi Blast, Necrosis didnt even provoke after, he was simply afk. Further evidence, if you want to call it evidence, is that he doesn't always get the claim, a lot of times he says 'afk' and it spawns while he's afk and we dont get it. The other day we lost Kreutzet when any bot should have claimed it in Necro's position.

In short for anyone who doesn't feel like reading such a long post: he doesn't always get the claim. These times occur mostly when he's afk, which wouldn't really happen if he botted.
I tried to keep my opinion unbiased, I hope it seems that way to the people reading the post, and I hope it makes sense because I'm really tired.
