Parents ! Read =)

She is adorable. My hyper-paranoid-mommy self is screaming at you for posting videos of her on Youtube though, justsoyouknow.

My daughter did this when she was in dresses to avoid getting her knees all tangled up in them. My son never did - probably because we didn't really put him in skirts.

Generally - and it's a big general - kids start walking and talking between 12 and 18 months.

That child is adorable. As for how she's gettin around, what's so strange about that? It's my chosen form of locomotion too :P
