For the record, I never said Asura had "no" endgame. It just seems that fewer percent of their population does it, and that they have perhaps less competition. Also, I wasn't implying there are no superior endgame LSs there, simply fewer.

From what i've heard there's loads of competition for ground kings etc. However I haven't the time to dedicate to it atm so I wouldn't know. I've seen EU evenings were there's been 5-6 LS's up in sky though.

Doesn't matter how many tank jobs are added if people don't play or want to be a tank. Also plenty of current jobs can tank (other than pld and nin), but the majority of the pt's wouldn't even go for it.

Lol I've seen it the other way quite often, 4-5 Pld's seeking and no mages, might just be the time that people are seeking I guess.

That's why I took up PLD lol, it seemed like a fun job and to be honest it's not all that hard if you just do a lil research and find out stuff. I put up my flag once and in less than a minute I got an invite. It's insane.

Just wait until you seek for 10 hours with not even a nibble.

Like people have said, it's the time really.

During the week is hard to find parties because people have endgame events the generally start around 7est or so. 3 hours before and after seems like a good time to get pt's.

Weekends are a bit different because there are a lot more people online and they have more time between events.

Just be patient, flag up, and do some other activities that will make you some gilz so you can keep up to date on gear. You will get the parties and the levels and before you know it you'll be shouting for AF help.

well Ive recently come back from a 2 year hiatus, i originally quit in fact.
I'm living in EST right now, and i find its even harder to play compared to when I was living in Asia tbh.

I'm sort of new to the whole soloing aspect to the game, and to be honest i suck at it lol. I've tried twice, once in Behemoth and another time in Yuhtunga off the crawlers but it didnt quite work out as well as I've read online. I'm using DRG so i subbed BLM to get the healing breath haha.

Anyways if anyone is interested in Duoing here my DRG is 42 and i'd be more than happy to try.

im waiting till i hit 50 before i even consider buying Treasures or WotG, not because its expensive haha, just because I'm the type of person who sometimes starts things on impulse, throws in time and money and then stops soon afterwards. And from what I've heard, campaign isn't entirely worth it till Level 60. i tink stopping for so long was really the problem, because now a lot of people are done missions as well.

DRG can solo very well with right mob and equip etc... Personally i have solo'ed a lot as DRG partly because my solo exp/hour is better than exp pt most of the time, cashing in around 4-10k exp/hour depending on lvl and location. As DRG you should be looking for bats or birds or whatever weak to Piercing to abuse your Polearm

You should really get the expansions, since they offer a couple good camp to solo especially once you hit lv44 .. DRG primary target for solo should be something that's weak to piercing, at least that's what i consider first before finding a camp to solo.

Reading this it seems to me the game is about the same as it was a year ago when I quit.

I think it was a year... It was right around this time I know that. Nah it hasn't been a year... A little less... 9-10 months probably...

Anywho... I'm a little happy to hear that finding pts are taking awhile. This will actually give me time to do other things in game besides level non stop.. like farm, fish, or do homework. Then again I am going to level NIN so maybe not...

*rambleramble* 4 hours and 45 minutes till my update is done. I should just get some sleep.
