Well Arylias was a member, even though short lived, other then that no, p people are too scared or worried about their AF2.
 
Meh wasn't on till now, a bit late I know, but just some things that were unexplained a bit.

So after causing mass confusion, wasting our time, isotope just leaves the zone. I'm not 100% sure how pergrine talked to iso, but you left the entire team because we got mad that you weren't ready to tank. You should of already known that if you weren't first tank you'd at least be 2nd or 3rd, in which case you would have to be ready to tank at any moment, selecting requires a single macro, what if that first pull had a mnk that just murdered goldenboy and elleshar? Or better yet why did both golenboy and elleshar quickly step up to the plate "ready" and everything after you failed to select?

Right after the run, I made a post in our admin section suggesting a heavy warning (for warping out) and also some reform to how we decide tank order. No one should abandon their entire team like you did, especially for being the main tank, no matter what peregrine said, you left everyone hanging without so much a word.

Honestly, pere had a right to be less than happy at you, you failed to select while the other tanks were more than ready, you can't use "I wasn't ready" as an excuse after entering the zone, because you know that at any point in the run for whatever reason the other plds can die completely randomly, and to add to it, it would've been an ok mistake for the first pull, but even during the second pull you weren't ready.

1st line fake. 2nd line...Pere not once designated or requested I take what he appears to be wanting, a lead paladin for Dynamis to make assist order, give pld orders & info, but yet says it's MY job to make the order, when in all other instances, although directing his words & me would say it's the tanks (as in the ls' paladins as a whole) jobs to determine the order.

I don't appreciate the asskissing & falsification I'm seeing, but oh well. If Dave want's to backup Pere cause he feels Pere needs it, fine w/e I could care less, just proves to me Pere is the one crying for backup.

The point I make is that giving a vague order like "it's the paladin's job to make an assist order" isn't an intelligent leadership move by Pere. Obviously there was no communication, reguardless of the situation & the players this shit happens in too many large groups in too many MMORPGS. Plain & simple, Pere should have designated an individual, it may have seemed like with the info from Daveman that this is what he may have been asking in his own words...but it was last minute if he was selecting me for said responsibility.

Yes and that single macro contains the names of up to 3 other tanks & I need to know the order in which to insert them. I already knew I'd be 1st or 2nd, but whether 1st or 2nd still needed to have been determined for the macro to be set properly.

Ya just like Mortechai did only because of his greed, but yet Invictus still continued to ignore his actions to an extent & use him for their own gain until he became expendable.

By the time of the 2nd pull was commencing I was already fed up & thinking about what actions I was about to take & obviously we know my decision was to stop playing pawn to a dictator w/an overwhelming attitude, give up lotting rights & any future chance of AF2 w/the shell I loved & disembark.

How could the two other tanks, one of them being the newest generation of our tanks, be prepared before you, Invictus' supposed top attending tank? Our gather time is 8:30PM. Theres a reason we gather then. To get ready. You have no excuse for not being prepared, as Daveman said, considering the fact if both the other tanks went down fast you'd be up.

You, are in the fucking wrong. I swear to god if you are saying Daveman is lying you really have a deficiency somewhere. I know that Daveman wouldn't waste his time forging a chat log. Anyone who knows him knows he wouldn't.

Your clinging now Iso. You've been caught and you aren't going down without a fight. I only wish Daveman posted it at the start of this thread. Peregrine needs no backup. You were told to get it done. You disobeyed/ignored orders so those who were paying attention and ready to do their job stepped up and took responsibility. That chat log to me shows that the leaders were delegating orders, and you just didn't listen. Even non-Leaders like Verthandi and Masatarutaru were telling you that you need to take intiative on the tank order. Masa and Verthandi both are BLMs and both are always in the Tank Party. Masa is a upcoming PLD, but BLM first and foremost. Even he understood the concept. How the hell did you miss it?
 
So I faked two lines? take them out and see how much meaning it changed. Yeah I really faked those two lines to add some whole new dimension and weight and strength to what I said.

I didn't come here to prove this, I only came here to warn & get opinions on if what I think Pere should have done from past MMORPG guild experiences I've had would be considered by most as the right decision.

This... would be not giving an order to a small group & expecting them, when still all fairly new to make this decision on their own. Being rather new & having no prior paladin remaining in the shell attending that night, no one felt right about stepping up & openning their mouth ordering things of their equals. From personal experience I believe the right & best decision would have been to previously set a lead paladin for the tank group. Previously mentioned by Pere himself, Mort used to step up & give orders & all kinds of shit, but he's gone & his leaving obviously wasn't enough of a red flag to try & fill that gap right away, but rather ignore it & expect that everything will just work itself out.
