You having to repeat yourself is the source of your frustraition and one of the root problems with Isotope. You do repeat yourself, you just really really dont like to.

Please people, read the whole thread, I haven't seen a question in the past few pages that wasn't answered in the first 3.

As Pere said before, a few times now that I have read. He asked politely on several occasion during this run in particular, "Its the PLD job to decide the order". This is the way its been ever since I joined 7 months ago, this is not a new thing. Every other PLD we've had understood this why Iso can't is beyond me. Could Listening perhapes be the issue ? As a RDM we have what 9 of us, we are never told what to do, why because its instilled into our brain what is expected of us each and every run, Sleep the mobs, Dia/Dispel Quadav's, Gravity/Bind Hecteyes (you cant sleep), Refresh WHM/PLDs, Haste Melee... etc. Now that is task to keep control of, and yes we slip up, and Peregrine lets us know it. But we never complain we just fix it, if we screw up, the alliance dies. But the leaders have that trust with us that we can keep things under control, and we seldom let them down we do screw up occasionally (Especially on Zylia Pulls(TM) >.> <3). Overall Invictus is a great run shell Peregrine is a great leader for us. I know he doenst have the greatest reputation on QCDN.. oh well, when with Invictus he is has strong leadership, and a agenda that we follow, hence why we are so successful.
Not perfect, but successful.

Lol don't worry about this nif. The low denominators are like vultures. They come around at the end of all dead threads because it's me. It's the same way with the first page or so. The scavengers are quick to get there, then the big dogs shoo them off. They always come back though when things are over, begging for my attention.

Unlike you, my life consists of many things other than FFXI and this forum. you assume too much, wake up. I saw this thread today for my first time, so i'm not part of your some crack-theory.

Besides, i like to lurk and read threads rather than post. It's interesting.

If i was to bet the LS i'm in vs pene's LS in people who you can trust and call good friends, i did be rich. IMO there are people who respect pene, but respect and friendship is two different things. I can respect and hate you, but i will be polite and professional, then there are those who i respect and consider a good friends and i will help them as much as i can and give them more effort. Then again you run a Dynamis shell, its more of a respect relationship than creating stronger bonds.
