that MMORPG Innocent Sin Online is a reference to the Japan-only Persona 2: Innocent Sin. The user names "Maya" and "Tatsuya" are references to the two main protagonists

There is a mention of the game Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha during an English Class lesson when it mentions the Red Guard taking a hold of Kaya.

The item Cielo Mist name after character Cielo in Digital Devil Saga.

Shuuji Ikutsuki resembles Baofu from Persona 2: Eternal Punishment also

There's big hints on who Maya is around level 5, by level 8 she almost flat-out tells you who she is. You didn't need the expansion to find out who Maya really was.
 
Hmm, maybe I should look at pursuing the Hermit Arcana more since people say it's funny. Right now my goal is to get atleast a decent spread of all available Arcana, and then max out the ones that interest me. Right now Chariot & Justice are my highest at Rank 7, with Emperor at Rank 5, and then everything just is random.

I just got into mid June I believe, just a few days after the Culture Clubs opened up, so I got now the Fortune Arcana.

The guide shows a social link with Mitsuru, along with gift giving and stuff, so I assumed it was a romantic relationship, the guide even mentions how the girls get upset if you go out with other ones once you've reached a certain level. Right now out of the 3 main SEES girls I can only pursue Fuuka, so I'm not interested until November. Then I guess I'll see what the deal is.

I had guessed you could pull off total max Social Links in your 2nd playthrough, assuming you max out your personal stats. In total there seems to be 21 social links, 3 of which level by themselves. So you got 18, and since you got 10 ranks, that's 180 events you gotta watch, assuming you get a rank up every time you meet them, which doesn't happen. I could see it happening, since you have enough days, but damn it must be tough. May as well max out a few on the 1st playthrough and get the Rank 10 Persona item, then ignore it the 2nd playthrough, since you get to keep the item atleast.
 
Oh, and forgot to ask, what Persona's are you all using?

Right now my team consists of Loa, Orpheus, Asparas, Oberon, Vetala, & Pyro Jack. I've fused a few Persona's so they have a decent array of skills, Loa has just about every element on it, very nice to abuse the 1 more tactic.

Oh, & also, if you've come across the Arcana cards that permanently raise a Persona's stats, you can abuse that somewhat along with the Persona Compendium.

Basically apply the bonuses on a Persona you like, then save it to the Compendium. Fuse that Persona with something and your new Persona will still keep the stat boosts. Now resummon the original Persona through the Compendium, and it'll still have those bonuses, along with the added effect of passing it on to future fusions. Basically now you have 2 Persona's with bonuses & they'll pass them along to whoever you fuse with. Keep repeating it and you can see a real difference in some Persona's stats. I also noticed sometimes the Shuffle cards for XP give permanent bonuses instead of bonus XP, that only started in rank 3 cards though.
 
You're a little behind me. I think I'm on July 2nd right now. I just got Justice to lvl6, and Magician to lvl6 (I think). I saw Mitsuru in the hallway in front of the library, and when I spoke to her I saw the option to walk home with her. I got shot down and I laughed.

As far as the Persona I'm using, I can't remember them all off the top of my head. I know I have Jack Frost, Pyro Jack, and Power. I do know my whole party is lvl25 right now. I'll check later once I'm done playing with the new update for FFXI.
 
Just started playing this! Fun so far, so many options with fusing and all. I haven't done it yet because I'm afraid ill create a weaker one compared to the ones I got early on.
 
You almost can't make a weaker monster through fusion; even if it does end up being a lower form, it's stats will still be good so you could just fuse it again and make a better monster while retaining the stats.
 
So is Orpheus worth keeping in the beginning or should I just fuse him right away?
 
Go ahead and fuse him, especially after you get all of his abilities he's not really worth keeping unless he does a type of damage you want to have handy. Even then, you can always re-buy him after you fuse with him.
 
I picked up this game about 3 months ago and just started playing it now...it's really fun! I like the whole interaction thing. I just started exploring "the place" xD and it's just rockin. Fusing is confusing to me though!
