I'd sign this. This business is getting out of hand. Thank you for taking the time to put something together.
The most important translations would be those into the languages FFXI Serves, Japanese, German, French.
MMO site wrote an article here: http://www.massively.com/2007/12/17/final-fantasy-xi-hacked-square-enix-hides-behind-policy/
e-mailed him, hope he can give us a bigger spotlight.
well did i miss the part about where everyone's name will be included? I mean one person wining about their account being stolen [this would be SE perspective on jussy] well they wont really care and will give you the run around. need to have like alot of signatures/names. maybe even folks from other servers. right now Jussy will just have to go buy a new box and piss away 3.5 years of hard work. I tell you if that was me i wouldnt be as calm as she seems. Actually i'm rather upset about it. a gooder point to add would be maybe something like this:
"hey stupid! um so i've been playing for like 3.5 years, amassing like tons of gear and gil and i'm head of several teams [etc] and do alot of stuff online. It should be pretty freaking obvious that its not me playing my guy when all my stuff is being sold and my gil passed to other players and i changed servers abruptly and some other weird stuff."
yeah something like that. SE cant be that stupid. or can they?
Just a thought.... wouldn't be better to go on protest in front of Square-enix HQ in USA (or even japan), or protest where the hell POL HQ is at..?
People willing to go Cali to go to Fan Fest, why not go there for good cause and protest there?
1) We'll be on the news
2) SE will bring this into attention and matter
3) We can file Lawsuit like this
4) It will tell them FFXI is serious business
Well, according to this link, the Better Business Bureau has SE rated as a B, which if you go to their website, states: A good rating that still implies reputability. The rating may relate to length of time in business, a past problem that’s been corrected, or something else that does not cause problems for consumers. We believe a company with this rating would generally conduct business and respond to any complaints satisfactorily.

How inaccurate ; ; Perhaps submitting this petition to them would do a little something at least.
Your link is broken. Here is one that isn't.
