Its out there for the none random pop nms, but the random ones are not done by se but a RSG.

You mean software that timestamps every log (or just mob death log entries, whatever) so that you can see when stuff died? That's still just working with RAM / logs on disk.

Or do you mean something that can obtain a ToD from a zone you're not even in? Because that would be severe hacking punisable by law in any country, and I don't think anybody's stupid enough to go releasing something like that... are they?

1. What is a RSG?

2. There is no file that stores the ToD's for NM's, random or otherwise. They'd have to managed to pick out the information from thousands of log files for every server and include a time stamp; which at least client side they do not have, so it's very hard to believe they'd even have access to that information. This is also assuming that SE cares about ToD, but since they don't camp their own NM's, so there would be absolutely ZERO reason for SE to keep track of the ToD for any NM at all.

A program that hunts down ToD's, if they even existed on SE's servers to begin with, would be a HUGE felony and would be very easy for SE to detect and prevent. Stop making shit up, please.
