It doesn't seem like a great idea to create a new thread for every single game that pops up on the PlayStation Network, so I'm just making a big umbrella thread similar to the WiiWare/Virtual Console thread on the Nintendo board.

I mention it because Capcom has released a list of the games they're adding before the year is out. According to GayGamer, some of the stuff we can look forward to:

Mega Man Powered Up (UMD Legacy)
Dino Crisis (PlayStation Legacy)
Power Stone Collection (UMD Legacy)
Mega Man Maverick Hunter X (UMD Legacy)
Resident Evil 2 (PlayStation Legacy)
Darkstalkers (UMD Legacy)
Street Fighter Alpha 3 Max (UMD Legacy)
Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (PlayStation Legacy)
Capcom Classics Collection Reloaded (UMD Legacy)

I'm psyched about Resident Evil 2 and Dino Crisis.

I'm thinking the most anticipated PSN game right now is Fat Princess.

Myself, most looking forward to Pixeljunk Shooter. Everyone with a PS3 should really at least try the Pixeljunk Monsters demo, just like everyone with an Xbox should try the Braid demo.

I want to play that. Seeing a few segments on Co-op filled me with an intense need to at least try it out. I'm glad there are support classes, since I'm usually not bloodthirsty enough when it comes to online gaming.

And a Dino Crisis game would be lovely if they'd wrap up the cliffhanger from the second game. I never played the third one, and from the reviews I've read it seems I'm not missing much.

When those two games are released for download, I'm liable to be shut up in my house for a few days without commin' out. I love Dino Crisis, yet have only played it once and there is no word to describe how much joy Resident Evil 2 brings me. It would also bring great joy if the Parasite Eve games popped up on there. I'm sure we'll see somethin' with that closer to the third's PSP release date.

The big decision I'll have to make is whether or copy my trophy saves from the old memory cards over to the PSP. I could have a pure Resident Evil 2 experience and go in all survivor horror-y, or I could just blaze through with the rocket launcher from the start. Either way, Leon will be wearing his alternate costume.

God I can't wait for Fat Princess XD

as for PSN games that'll work on PSP, XENOGEARS MUST HAVE RAWR!! also I want FF9.. and I want the FF Anthology thing (with FF5 and 6) :P

RE3 and Dino Crisis....I came...

I wish they would put up the PSP version of Final Fantasy Tactics. I don't think I am ever going to get a PSP, but I would really like to play around with the new jobs. Vagrant Story would be pretty sweet too.

They are planning on releasing all previously released PSP titles on PSN when the PSPGo! releases, but those would only be playable on that, so you'd need to buy a PSP and get the UMD or get the Go.

They're gonna release the PSX version of FFT on PSN in the future, but that'll be without the extras of the PSP version. It's out in Japan already and has an ESRB rating here.

I'd love Vagrant Story and a plethora of other RPG's as well. Brave Fencer Musashi, Legend of Mana, Threads of Fate, Chrono Cross, Legend of Dragoon, Legend of Legaia, Breath of Fire III/IV, Suikoden II, etc. I'd all like to see released on PSN.

I want this topic stickied too. Half handles these threads weekly, it'll work.

I just went through a recent play through of all Resident Evils about a year ago so I'm not that excited about seeing it now, I wish I waited. However, it's about damn time it comes.

What has me going is Dino Crisis. I don't even remember it that well except that I loved it.

Stickied and I'm totally looking forward MegaMan X! If it's that series...

Hmmm, why not call this thread the weekly Playstation Store update and make it kinda like the wii shopping channel thread that's in the Nintendo forums. Also

MIRROR'S EDGE DLC FOR FREE ON THE STORE DOWNLOAD IT NOW IF YOU HAVE THE GAME I HAVE NO IDEA FOR HOW LONG IT'LL BE FREE FOR, REDUCED FROM £7 TO £0!!!!!

Seriously, I couldn't believe it.

TheSixthAxis has noticed that the time trial DLC levels for Mirror’s Edge has now actually gone down in price on the UK PlayStation Store, from £7 to £0.

Translation: it’s now free.

We just checked and it is indeed true. However, for any 360 owners hoping for the same, its not. The content’s still at 800 MS Points on Xbox Live Marketplace.

The DLC was launched back in February for PS3, 360 and PC.

Well, what are you waiting for? Go, go!
