war/sam at 60 with a Break then SC.......works well :roll:

Or even if a War is only melee (or if pld refuses to sc -_-).

It has its uses, but not many uses.

/SAM is a lot like DRG. Its not useless, its just not very good. The reason its so important for SAM main job to build TP is for G.katana WSs. G.katana is the most versitile weapon on the chart, and after a certain level, can begin every lv2 chain. Other jobs subbing SAM cannot equip this weapon or perform this function, so they waste their subjob slot on a sub that doesnt really add anything to their focus (be that tanking or DDing).
