By the way, is Victni next to impossible to catch? I kept throwing ultra balls at it and it kept popping out.

You are correct about breeding. You need a female or a male+ditto. I have each of the starters and I don't mind breeding them to get some eggs if you want them. Just let me know which ones you want and I'll do it.

EDIT: Actually I only have a female Tepig right now and no dittos so I can only do that one until I can transfer my ditto over.

So ah, how good is this version? I haven't played Pokemon since Pokemon Red and kinda wanna play again :P (I heard there's a 9/11 reference in this game too O.o)
 
I didn't notice any 9/11 references, but the guy running the transfer machine makes a few Doctor Who references that caught me by surprise. It's a good entry if you're thinking of diving back in.

That would be great! Thank you. I don't have much to offer in terms of Pokemon but I am on Pokemon White. I'll post my friend code in the other Pokemon spot later when I can get to my DS.

I didn't really notice any references in particular, but one thing I noticed a lot in this game is teaching about diversity and unity. Obviously the unity comes from the pokemon and the people, but just odd and random characters happen to pop a lot speaking about how everyone is different and how we're all painted with different strokes or something along those lines.

Subliminal messages to the children!!! I don't mind it.

I only have three badges so pretty much anything pass that would be fine. I'm not really picky. I have the White version too. I'm going to go ahead and get the Tepig egg ready so whenever you want, we can trad them.

If any thing there are a lot of Western culture references even with the Pokemon.
 
My Pokedex is nearly complete (640/649). If anyone has a Tornadus and Vullaby/Mandibuzz I can log I'd appreciate it. I don't need to keep them -- I can get my own from GTS after I log them -- unless there's something you need.
