POL Monthly Charge x2?

I was just billed for double my monthly fee! Couple of ls members were charged x2 as well.

First time this has happened to me, guess I'll just call tomorrow.

Did you switch your CCs from last month? I know that happened to me when I switched mine. Instead of paying for last month it would knock me the next month for two charges.

That being said, I did just re-check my charges on my card and they were correct in their billing for me.

Yes, this is exactly what happened to me too. Friend called a GM and apparently I wasn't the only one it happened to.

for those who had problems with "cancelled" content IDs last month.

you weren't (or shouldn't have been) charged last month after re-activating your content IDs. however, the next month results in a dual-charge (one charge for the prev. month, one for the current).

happened to me between august and sept. my ID was cancelled in august (due to low funds, SE error, or w/e), i reactivated it the same day, wasn't charged for the remainder of august, but in sept. i was charged $30+.

I only got this issue when I switch my cards, Apparently the rumor was that the Daylight Savings Time change is probably the culprit.

I also got charged twice, shit. $29,95 and $2,00 for 4 mules.

I quit in August and then came back in September, maybe that has something to do with it? Also I reactivated my last mule just last month in October. I think it's just a hick up.

Happened to me more than once. I have 2 high lvls on same account so I think this happens when you cancel one ID for a char and reactive the other when u only have 1 active at a time like me. I had a charge of 12.95 for my main and 12.95 for my sub-char cuz i kept on canceling IDs and switching from one to the other several times within the course of a month. you can't win, SE is terrible with accounting in a manner that they try to cheat you like crazy.

Why would you be stupid enough to do this and not just pay the $1 for the second character?

Weird... I just found out they undercharged me for the past 2 months... Either that or world transfer was not charged, but I remember it saying $25 when I did it.

Less than $40 for 3 accounts, 1 world transfer and 4-7 mules on each. Maybe they're going to hit me this month :wacko:.

Since you have to pay $1 if the char is activated, be it an hour or a month (I think?), isn't it easier to just leave the content IDs active?

When I called them about a double charge that I had a while back I found out that it's because when you reactivate an account or ID, you actually get charged the following month. So if you reactivate in August, you get doubled in September.
