Actually no, I used pos & fleetool .exe's quite frequently, I never figured I'd get caught, and suspended for it.

The only reason I'd admit to this, is because it pisses me right off when people say they got banned because of the windower. If I'd have gotten suspended because of the windower, my friend's account (Curjos, who is otherwise completely legit in SE's eyes) would have been suspended too.
