Now what about those other objects they were voting on calling planets? Is this in the same category? there were like 10 objects they were voting to make planets.
tho, its hard thinking of pluto as not a planet.

i read the article, they didnt mention the ones i refer to tho. Ill have to pull out the news paper if my grandpa still saved it, it was a different issue than this one

dwarf planets are not planets...they just happen to contain the word "planet" in their name...quite honestly we don't know wtf we're talking about so please leave us alone while we get back to looking at our wonderfully named "great red spot" on Jupiter and the "great dark spot" on neptue (which has now disipated into a not-so-great dark spot...but we still like it)

They are ruining the solar system.

Now that magic school bus episode where they travel to all of the planets is going to be outdated.

lol ithe remember we were talking about this like a week ago? heh guess we found out what happened at that conference now...

Oh well, they chose a 8 planet system over a 9, or even a 53 one >.>
 
lol well gotta wait for the moon to leave us for that...

and who knows, in those billions of years the say may have run out and there'd be no one left to call moon a planet :P
 
interesting, but in a way a bit sad that science is always overwriting their laws as they discover more, makes you wish that they never assume in the first place so we could always be right.

But then again if one never assumed you would be ignorant of what around you. Science is amazing sometimes and others faulty
