STFU, if QCDN has been around for as long as it is and still gets more than a hundred posts a day, and several new members a week, I think it's safe to say this forum is being well managed by the admin, and they're doing it wrong.

Until they stop banning sock puppets cause they're lazy, updates stop, new skins aren't released for years, people stop posting, a person can sit and spam a forum and no one will care, or the admin doesn't log in for a month just cause, you have absolutely no right to say the admin and mods are not doing their job.

You talked about the volunteer firefighters letting your house burn down? Maybe they should just stop volunteering when it comes to your account and sit back and WATCH your house burn down, instead of grabbing their houses and at least GODDAMN /trying/ to put it out.

Jesus christ, gtfo, the admin and mods have lives too you know. Most other sites would have died long ago. I created my own forum a year ago, and it's been a trial keeping it alive, but it's still strong, and because of that all my members are thankful.

My hat's off to you admin and mods for having to deal with the constant needless shit, cause I know if I got this crap on my site from my members, I wouldn't have the patience and would end up just beating them over the heads with the ban stick.

First of all, this line of thought leads to the fact that, since many people want rid of these shits, and you're defending them, that would mean, with that line of thought, that you be banned too, along with a lot of other people, which is fucking stupid. (Of course, since it's looking pretty straw man over there.)

Secondly of all, if I were posting in the manner of the people we were referring to, I would be posting in every single thread where windower is so much as mentioned, or any picture of someone using windower can be seen. This does not even remotely approach the level of things we are talking about in this thread.

Finally, on a not-quite-related-but-still-sort-of note, what I saw was inconsistency between the rule "No posting of cheat tools allowed." and Square-Enix's public statements of "Windower and all of its assorted plugins are prohibited." Frankly, I don't give a fuck if you or anyone else likes it, or wants to form an opinion on it. These are indisputable facts, and all I did was present them and question the inconsistency.

In summary, I think you need to take another look at things and actually try thinking things through before you run your fucking mouth off. We aren't talking about these people having "unpopular opinions". We're talking about them posting hypocrisy, misinformation, destroying legitimate intelligent conversation, and doing this on a widespread basis. You might find me irritating, but nothing I've done holds a candle to the three in question.

The fact that you have no idea just shows that you're willing to debate this without even looking things over first. I'll say this again, this isn't about someone having an unpopular opinion, especially since, in pchan's case, there aren't really opinions involved only incorrect facts. As has been said numerous times, this is only a problem because it's all over the goddamn place. There are a lot of people with a lot of opinions, many of which are just as unpopular including myself. Consider why there isn't a call to arms to have all of them banned.

I have never ever heard of someone being banned for using windower.

And the simple fact that SE copied it and even tossed in some of it's features goes to show they think it was a good idea, and wanted it to be available in a legit way, for us.
