Announcement Profile Field "Character Name"

[Arctyrael]

I had a user ask what could be done about accounts owned prior, but are now owned by another member in the community. Makelith made a good suggestion that in effect would allow you to retain your board presence.

I added a new profile field you can fill in if you would like.
"Control Panel" >> "Edit your details": "Character Name"

If your QCDN username does not match your game name, set this to that name. If your QCDN username is your game name but you have a mule or alternate, feel free to utilize it for that purpose.

Creative... I wish vbulletin supported a "display" name out of the box so it shows up everywhere without edits (like profiles, blogs, other add-ons, etc).

I couldn't agree more =|. At least its a secure hack unlike some I've noticed in the past.
