Pros and Cons of Dragoon and Ninja

Just saying the way you were typing to Lavi it seemed that you were in an equally as productive or even more accomplished Linkshell. All I wanted to know was the name of that shell? Apparently as a hypothetical example you would take a great DRG over a so so BRD in your endgame shell, sounds good in theory and I was curious as to what the name of this group was is all...

Hopefully this clears things up, who the hell is Colbwa and Neolink? How many replies is this gonna take for you to answer your shell name lol...

read a few good times threads and you'll figure out which shell i'm in. There was a big post about which shell I am now currently in.
 
and again the question is dodged, obviously you're backpeddling and I am glad it took me a couple quotes and 5 or 6 damn posts to continue the runaround. Thankfully I know you NOW know how you sounded and I got through your skull what I was trying to show you all along with Lavi and their LS compared to your LS which apparently you are too red in the face to share with me at this moment?

and just because I call you out in a non abrasive manner, doesn't mean you have to basically cry "Sockpuppet" in every one of your pitiful response hoping a mod will save you.

LOL you crack me up. First off i quit like so many others. Secondly you haven't proved a thing neo, and thirdly its not hard to totally see through your passive aggressive stalk-esk type posts to realize you are colbwa/neolink. I don't want this to sound too Flame-esk so let me break it down for you

1. I posted that I think players with good merit should be considered for higher end end game shells. Even if the person only has 1-2 jobs at 75.

2. I've seen very well geared Samurais and i've seen very well geared DRGs that output very close damage. If you parse Ele or Aud they will parse very close to higher end SAMs, which lately is what alot of end game shells have been seeking rather than total DDs.

3. You are obviously bypassing my points in these posts which makes me lol.

4. I feel that DRG are important to end game shells especially with the JA that the DRG received as per the updates.

5. If you wish to continue your rant i will see you on the flameboard neolink see you.

Sunday with no real answer except trying to send me on a wild goose chase
for the answer, so of course I replied for crying out loud.

There aren't really any shells that are that much more accomplished than any other. About 90% of mobs are fairly easily taken by even the most rag-tag LS's. They were fairly accomplished back when killing fafhogg or aspid was actually a challenge, but they way Integral/JDA did it is why no one cares about them. In short, what LS you are in really doesn't matter anymore, especially when you were/are one of the most notorious botting shells around.

I'd like to find out who you asked though.

There was no talking shit. I hardly ever talk shit about Vang. He had good gear and was good at all his jobs. He was just a pretty big reason one of the best shells i had ever been in broke, and i'm glad i left it before it got to that.

It also doesn't help that you are getting all of your information on other shells from that one person who has a very skewed look on a lot of things involving the game.

if you ever actually heard vang speak you would understand. does anyone care to quote his fine works of literature including the words fag, homo, cocksucking nut-licking,ass, shi,t fuck,"you dont know shit about hnm" , "I am king of endgame and better than you" , "fucking JP" ect?Actually just listing off those random words has already simulated a standard vang post hasnt it?

Personally getting Vang banned from here is one of my crowning achievements in my long time of being on this forum. Nothing was more fun than seeing that perma-ban go up and knowing it was my doing. It's just as satisfying as all of the times he's come back here because he wanted to talk shit about me again like anyone in this community gives a fuck about his opinions. You're a guy right? My advice would be not to get drunk with Vang, he's so outwardly anti-homosexual that it couldn't be more obvoius he's just a closet case RL so I'm sure he'd be quite eager to violate your ass the first chance he gets.
 
All honestly it really depends on what you want to do I personally will never raise ninja passed 37 because I've seen how much it costs to get to 75 my friend kotsu who I play with usually in arms distance so can physically smack the the hell out of him cause I feel like it who is stuck at 67 nin cause it costs so damn much.

I certainly don't endorse a new person that isn't used to making money in FFXI to take up NIN as their first advanced job.

Secondly I wish all of you would stop the hating on Drgs. All honestly there are bad ones out there. Just learn who those are and try not to invite them but. Sad to say it in my dynamis shell out of all the DD's in there they all Respect me the 75 DRG/SAM. Rafdog tells me to goto dynamis with nothing but a lance and food so then maybe after all the enmity reducing High Jumps and Super Jumps I may actually got through dynamis without losing about 7-10k exp a run.

Yes Drgs get shafted on gear still don't understand the logic of giving ninjas chain/plate type heavy armor considering they're bulky and loud why would a stealth assassin wear a Hauby?

Yet drgs in every game have worn heavy plate in every game they've ever been in except this one. FFIV Cecil the first drk then pld and Kain the drg had the same gear.

But I have to thanks to Eleibfrid he's the one thats helped me with my drg gearing an setup. So yeah say loldrg to me if ya want I've seen bad players of every job. People that I have partied with know I don't screw around and I get upset if someone is out parsing me.

Eleib isn't your average DRG. He was even my DRG mentor lol It was actually kind of funny. Any time I got a cool piece of gear, I would find him and let him try it on first just out of respect. lol

If you're losing 7-10k exp/run...you should consider a different subjob and/or playstyle. I'd love to go WAR/DRG to everything, but when dead you don't do any damage. Each 5 minutes you're weakened is 5 minutes of limited production. If you're dieing that much, you're not adapting to your surroundings properly, thereby becoming an MP sponge, and causing less damage then you would be while properly subbed and living.

Any melee job could lose 7-10k exp per dynamis run...I don't see what this has to do with people hating on drg.
