Not only is it not a SS of this topic, but it also doesn't even answer his question. He asked where is the dealy that lets you rate a topic, where you gave him the dealy that lets you rate a post. Weather or not he asked the right question is a very different story.

You rate threads by giving them stars on any page of a thread at the top, there is a "Rate This Thread" option. Use that.

I used to like fucking chips as well... but much like cheese puffs the cheese leads to chafing and thats a road that i don't want to go down again. Also... Never under any circumstance get spicy chips with the intention of fucking chips.
