Question about lower level stuff

I'm thinking of starting over again..and I was wondering if i did start a new character..would I be able to get parties in the dunes and such? I see so many people leaving I don't know if lower levels are gettng any parties.

You can, but nowadays are somewhat more difficult than they used to be...not so much tougher in the dunes, but the general "don't know what the hell they're doing" trait has crawled as far as Garlaige Citadel now. =/

I've actually seen a pretty decent strand of people in the L40s range. Even most L50s parties have been rather good, though I've had terrible luck at upper 50s (people wanting to XP off Puks at 56, Torama at 60...)

I've actually had a hard time seeking on BLU at 44 since there seems to be a lack of people leveling in that range right now, can't never get a tank or mage. And yes the noobness extends all the way to that level. I got invited to a PLD, BLU/THF (me), SAM, PUP, DRK and COR party yesterday.

I just finished BLU in the dunes. Took me about a week and half to get from 1-22 counting learning spells x.x; but still people party in dunes. Might have to wait awhile but it's there

I've solo'd more exp than gained in xp parties

I've been seeing it in merit parties and end game shells for over a year.

Solo is an option, but it's rough for most jobs if you don't have ninja sub, which you wouldn't starting a new character. With utsu you can tear through gob pets 24-37 as any job.
