I'm thinking of starting over again..and I was wondering if i did start a new character..would I be able to get parties in the dunes and such? I see so many people leaving I don't know if lower levels are gettng any parties.

Tryed zoning into Lower Jeuno about an hour ago and got to "Downloading info" and say there for a min and sead no responce from surver. can log on with mules, but not in lower J. Anyone elce have the problem? or just me.
