Maybe it increases the effectiveness of "special" attacks like Spirits Within and Chi Blast.

That would make sense since they added resistance to those attacks against NM's and such.
 
Screw Tomahawk! Warrior's charge 3 merits and Savagery 3 merits!!!

I just did bergressor, warcry, war's charge rampage (300%tp).. 1586
also did the same with Steel Cyclone, 1300.. ick with SATA thats going to be sick on gods!
 
1586 with no 2hr?

Savagery seems like a waste. 10% TP bonus (functioning the same as martial weapons) per merit?
 
actually i just read up on the tp bonus of savagery.. should have called it martial warcry -.-... but it affects the whole party, so fully merited EVERYONE gets a 30% bonus to their WS.. meh I don't know.

I think I'll cap out warrior's charge and fnd something else to merit, like STR.

and I did not use 2 hour. it was on a Sea Puk, probably could have done more since the Puk was at 50% HP then it just died instantly.
