Question on .dat swapping

I vaguely remember there being a program that did all the .dat swapping for you existing.( just select the .dat to transfer and the .dat to swap it with and it makes a backup etc) does anyone have a link to it?

I know how to do it myself. i just want the program to make it a bit easier. I'm going to be playing around with random "themes" for fun this week so i figure I'd like to eliminate as much time as possible on that front.
